Sponsorship Opportunities for ITA Business Members
The ITA relies upon the generosity of our business members and organizations to sponsor our social events to make the ITA Annual Meeting affordable and fun for our members. We are grateful for your support and will show our appreciation on our web page and during the Annual Meeting by recognizing your contributions. To sponsor an event for the ITA Annual Meeting, or to sponsor a hole for the golf outing, go to the Registration link and set up an account. You can set up an account and sponsor an event even if you are personally unable to attend the meeting. Event Sponsorships
| Opening Reception (in the Century Center) | $2,500 (One sponsorship available) |
| Wednesday Lunch (in the Exhibit Hall) | $3,000 (One sponsorship available) |
| Annual Reception/Dinner (at The Exchange) | $3,000 (Two sponsorships available) |
These sponsors will be recognized in the program, our web page, and with signs at the meeting. Each sponsorship includes your exhibit fee and two individual registrations.
Meeting Sponsorships
| Gold level Sponsors | $1,500 Includes the exhibit fee plus two individual registrations |
| Silver Level Sponsors | $1,000 Includes the exhibit fee plus one individual registration |
| Bronze Level Sponsorship | $500 |
Meeting sponsorships will be recognized in the program and with signs during the meeting and will be used to help pay for door prizes that will be awarded by drawing during the Annual Meeting.
Golf Sponsorships
| Hole Sponsorships | $250 per hole |
You can select your hole online at the Registration page. Sponsorships will be used for hole prizes after the golf outing. You can also donate golf balls, gloves, clubs, etc. if you prefer but please let Kent McDaniel (812-855-8143 or [email protected]) know in advance so we can plan ahead.
