Annual Conference Registration

Please help us plan for your arrival by registering early for the ITA Annual Meeting.

ITA member rate for one registration: $275
Additional employees from the same organization: $225
Non-member rate for one registration: $350
Additional employees from the same non-member organization: $300

Individual Registration Fees Include

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Opening reception on Tuesday, August 11th
  • Breakfast, lunch in the exhibit hall, reception and dinner on Wednesday, August 12th
  • Breakfast on Thursday, August 13th
  • Entrance to the Exhibit of Equipment and Services on August 12th
  • Participation in the golf outing (optional/separate fee required)

Exhibit Fees

Exhibit rate for ITA members (includes one registration): $500
Exhibit rate for non-members (includes one registration): $750

Exhibitors are required to register at least one person for the meeting as well as the exhibit so one meeting registration is included in each exhibit fee.  Additional meeting registrations from the same company will be billed at the same rate as above:  $225 for ITA members and $300 for non-members.

Exhibit Fee Includes

  • One display table in the exhibit area and/or indoor vehicle display space
  • One individual registration (See individual registration benefits above)

Golf Outing Fees

For those who wish to participate in the 8th Annual Dave Gionet Golf Outing at the South Bend Country Club on Tuesday, August 11th, there is an additional $60 fee that can be paid at the Registration page.

Cancellation of Registrations

Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing and emailed to: Melissa Kocias, IU Conferences at: [email protected]

Registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be refunded if your registration is cancelled by August 5th.  Registrations not cancelled by August 5th will be subject to the full registration fee.
