Annual dues, which are billed in January and due in full by April, are calculated based on the type of service provided and the membership class defined below:
- Public Transportation Operators: Annual dues are calculated based upon .25% of a public transit operator's most recent Public Mass Transit Fund (PMTF) allocation from the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT). The minimum dues payment is $250 per year, the maximum is $7,500 per year.
Public Transportation Operator Membership Form
- Private Intercity/Charter Operators: Annual dues are based on the number of revenue vehicles owned and/or operated in the State of Indiana based upon the following schedule: 1-5 buses, $250; 6-15 buses, $500; 16-100 buses, $650; over 100 buses, $2,000. The minimum dues payment is $250 per year.
Private Operator Membership Form
- Human Service Transportation Service Operators: Annual dues are calculated based upon .10% of a service agency's most recent annual budget for transportation operations. The minimum dues payment is $250 per year and the maximum is $1,000.
Service Provider Membership Form
- Associate Member-Planning/Government/Other:
$250 per year.

$200 per year.
