The ITA’s 74rd Annual Meeting
Because of scheduling conflict, we have revised the date for the ITA’s 74th Annual Meeting. This year, we’ll be meeting in Terre Haute, Indiana at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn on September 23rd - 24th. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 750 Wabash Avenue right across the street from the Terre Haute Transit Utilities brand new administrative office, transfer center, and parking garage. The Hilton Garden Inn was built on the site of the old Terre Haute House, which was famous for being located at the intersection of U.S. 40 and U.S. 41, the original Crossroads of America. Call for reservations at 812-234-8900 and ask for the ITA’s annual meeting rate of $109 per night. Be sure to call early and make your reservation before our room block expires. You can check out the facilities by visiting:
The registration fee for the meeting is $125 for ITA members and $175 for non-members. The fee includes the opening reception at the new Hilton Garden Inn on September 23rd; breakfast, lunch, and a reception and an awards dinner on September 24th at the Ohio Building a beautifully remodeled historical facility.
The meeting starts off with the ITA’s annual golf outing. At 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23rd. We’ll host an informal golf outing at the terrific Hulman Golf Course. You must register in advance to participate and space is limited so don’t wait to sign up. Hulman Links is a beautiful and challenging course so be sure to bring your A game. The golf registration fee is $50, including green fees, cart, range balls, prizes, and refreshments.
